Christmas in Corinth

Get ready, Corinth. The Christmas season is about to feel extra magical.

Starting December 1, pick up your Holiday Passport at the Atkins Memorial Library, the Town Office, or the Post Office. Visit participating Corinth businesses, collect stamps along the way, and fill your passport with a little hometown holiday cheer.

Bring your completed passport to the Tree Lighting at the Atkins Memorial Library on December 12 from 6 to 7 pm. Santa will be there, the hot cocoa will be flowing, and everyone who turns in a passport gets a Christmas ornament plus a chance to win one of three festive prize baskets.

Then on December 13, Santa hits the town with treats while local businesses host cozy holiday moments all across Corinth. Stop by Willow Tree OT to make a Christmas craft, swing into Maine Savings for a coloring activity, and meet Christmas characters at Corinth Auto and Whitney’s Supermarket.

Come together and celebrate the season in Corinth.

In Case You Missed It…

We’ve been busy! From our Book Sale Fundraiser and Storytime and S’mores with Santa and this spring’s Chili Cook-Off, it’s been a season full of community connection, learning, and fun. Stay tuned—there’s always something new happening at the library!

Santa, S’mores & Stories

In December, we welcomed families to a cozy day of holiday cheer with Santa, S’mores & Stories. Guests gathered around the fire for sweet treats, festive tales, and a chance to meet Santa himself. It was a magical day of community, laughter, and memories that warmed even the coldest winter air.

Chili Cook Off 2025

This past March, the community came together for a deliciously fun Chili Cook-Off to support the reopening of the Atkins Memorial Library. With crockpots full of flavor and plenty of friendly competition, local cooks served up their best recipes while neighbors cast their votes. It was a heartwarming day filled with good food, great company, and generous support for our library’s future.
